ONLINE TRAINING

Online training is a fantastic way to get support from me with your heath and fitness goals without having to train with me in person.

I provide you with all the support of one to one training so that you can train in your own time and get the results you are looking for.

We  communicate via online or through my private Whats App Group to ensure a proper consultation takes place before you start.

Alternatively if you are local you can visit me in person at my studio.

PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP

My private Facebook Group provides a low cost option for you to receive health and fitness related advice and ask me any questions you may have related to your goals.

MUMS GROUPS

My mums groups prove very popular and are a great way to improve your fitness whilst meeting new mums and making friends.

The groups are focused on helping you reach your goals whilst making you stronger and increasing your confidence with weights.

 

COUPLE TRAINING

My couple training groups are an excellent way for you to train with your partner in the studio.

Training together provides added benefits of lowering the cost of training whilst allowing you to provide support to each other with your individual goals.

SMALL GROUP (3 PEOPLE MAX) TRAINING

Semi-Private training sessions are a flexible way to train with your friends or family members whilst increasing your feelings of confidence in the gym.

I operate small groups of 3 so that i can keep the quality of coaching as high as possible to ensure you get the support you require to reach your goals.

ONE TO ONE TRAINING

One to one training is for those individuals who want to work with me more closely in the studio.  It is for individuals who are focused on what they want to achieve.

One to one training is based on achieving a result and we work on that result until it becomes a reality for you.
